The Power of Praise and Worship
I just want to share with you all a little bit of excitement that it is overwhelming my heart. Many of us ladies went to the women’s conference put on by Deliverance Temple Church. I was so richly blessed by all of the speakers but my favorite was Pam Mathena on Praise and Worship. I too have been studying about this subject and my heart is just overflowing with Praise and with Worship.Â
That being said, I have been praying for our church to have revival in their hearts and I believe that God will work if we allow him to. I believe this for our young adults too. Our kids are listening more and asking more questions. I was unable to go back to Church for youth night this past Sunday and while Phyllis was telling me about their discussions, I had chills all over because our young adults are LISTENING. What are they hearing from all of us? I would like to see our entire Church family gets so excited about what God is doing with us that people will want to come and see for themselves.  We can all start by lifting our Pastor up to God as he presents what God puts in his heart and then pray that God prepares our heart to LISTEN and OBEY his word.Â

Spring?
The Big day is here!!!
Wanted to send a big REMINDER about tomorrow. Deliverance Temple’s “Women fully Armored” conference is tomorrow. We will leave the church at 9:00am. Should be back by 3:00pm. There isn’t a dress code for tomorrow so dress up or dress down, it is totally up to you. I think most people will be somewhere in between. I look forward to spending time with my friends. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Invite someone to church on Sunday.

Sunday, April 6
Are we showing the world that we know the King of Kings and Lord of Lords through the way we live? That was the message posed to us in this Sunday’s message. Something to really think about as we go about our daily lives.
We had some great music. Kenny, Ronnie and Drema sang “Had it not been”, the choir backed up Jeanne on the song “I know who holds tomorrow”, and the ladies trio sang “Treasures unseen”.
Don’t forget the ladies fellowship tonight.
Also, the women’s conference on Saturday.

A little late!!!
It always seems like I am a little late for everything but it doesn’t mean that I don’t have good intentions. I think it means I have too much to do. haha    But please let me take this time to say “thank you” to the ladies in the choir. I have said before, and it is definately worth repeating that I have a great time with you all. We enjoy singing and I personally think we are “GOOD” No matter what event, it is always a pleasure to be with people that want to be in a place rather than ones that are there only out of duty.  You can tell that all of us want to be where we are for that hour. It is great. I encourage others to come and see what they are missing out on. You will not regret it.Â
PS. I missed Brenda. I didn’t have my cut up buddy!!!Brenda can no longer miss no matter what!Â
