Let me just start off this post this morning by saying thanks to the ones of you who are faithful in reading this blog. I’m truly amazed at the number of people who read it.
Yesterday was a great day. We started off the service with a few great hymns and then had three specials. Thanks to those who are always willing to participate in the music. It is such an important part of the service. But we had a real treat when Pastor Harmon preached a sermon on one of the most well known heroes of the Bible, David. Pastor Charley topped it off last night with another sermon about David.
The second Sunday of the new children’s church program was last night and we had a great time. Last week the kids learned about a hero named Captain Endurance and that we should never get tired of doing good. Last night it was Lady Truth. We learned we should always tell the truth even if we get in trouble. I know most of you are not able to be with the kids so here are a few pictures.
I hope you all have a great week, and enjoy your Independence Day.

Amen sister, yesterday was a great day. Pastor Harmon had such power in his sermon and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I thought the Choir sounded great. I enjoyed the Sunday night kids program. I know God is well-pleased with worship and the kids (and adults) are not failing in that area. I think I am having more fun than they are. Let’s encourage our kids to invite their friends. Hope everyone has a blessed day.
