Posted by Phyllis Rice on May 14th, 2007 filed in Sunday ReviewWhat a great Mother’s Day service we had yesterday. It is so great to see how close some of you ladies are to your children. It was a good reminder of how important it is for us to take our job as mother very seriously. Even if our children are grown.
The pictures are ready so just click on the church photos link to the right of this page and it will take you to the Mother’s Day pictures. As always, we want to hear your comments on the service, the pictures, or anything you like. I hope everyone has a great week.

Yes we did have an absolutely wonderful Mother’s Day Service. The Church was beautiful looking from the pulpit. Everyone was smiling and enjoying everyone’s company. When ever I look back it brings joy to my heart to see our church family be in close fellowship with one another. If it brings tears to my eyes, I can only imagine how it Makes Pastor Charlie and Pastor Harmon feel.
Charlie as usual, brought a wonderful message both Sunday morning and Sunday night, that challenged me to become a better Mother, Wife, and daughter. If you missed any of the two, you should get the tape because it was a blessing you don’t want to miss out on.
I love seeing the church pictures and i am sure others who view them will see the closeness that we share and possibly want to be a part of it.
It is ALWAYS a blessing to spend time with Pastor Charlie and Phyllis so Thank you guys for having dinner with us. You guys are jewels and we love ya.
I can honestly say, Mother’s Day was great for me and I hope every Mother out there had a wonderful day.
Well, I hope everyone has a blessed day.

The dinner was great. Thank you for the hard work. We love spending the afternoon with you all too. We are looking forward to Tuesday at the Hill’s house. What a great cook she is.

The pictures of all the Mothers were great. Also we had two great services with Pastor Charley as always. He is truly a blessing to both Ronnie and me. We look forward to each service with great anticipation. We enjoyed the beautiful song by Phyllis, Julia and Brenda. It was nice seeing all the children who had made the effort to be at church with their Mothers. My mother has been gone for many years, but Mothers Day is still hard for me to get through. She was my best friend, and I miss her so much. Cant wait for next Sunday service. Drema
